Roe Huntley

Roe Huntley is a working-class artist who makes animals out of trash. They use recyclable, paper-based materials to depict wildlife to convey their obsessive interest in ecology in life-sized sculptures. They also engage with drawing and illustration as a documentative practice of the animals and plants they observe day-to-day and as a means of studying the subjects of their sculptures before building them.
